Need help in Thyroid deficiency

Hi All,

Was diagnosed with Thyroid deficiency today. Have several symptoms which forced me to look in that diretcion. Like Fatigue, muscle weakness, head aches, difficulty in loosing weight and high cholestrol.

WIf somebody can be kind wnough tp tell me as what my options are for taking Thyroid medicine.
