The person whom who addressed is not visiting this forum very often. Low blood pressure being a serious problem i suggest you to answer the following questions. Somebody else may help.
1. Whether menses of patient are scanty, profuse or normal?
2. Whether menses appear early, after large gap or they are regular.
3. Describe the mental state of patient like she is sad, angry, cheerful etc.
4. Whether she suffers from other diseases like diabetes etc.
5. When did the problem of everything spinning occured for the first time. Can you assign any reason / trigger for that.
6. Please clarify she feels sick means what? Does she suffer from fever. Similarly she feels very cold means what whether she shivers?
7. Any other details you would like to share.
