Stomach ulcer

I am Male 30 and i have a problem of Stomach Ulcer. I have a history of stomach problems. i am feeling pain Left side (back of Abdomen). I usually have this pain after Lunch. Today I left the to take lunch and take only milk and biscuits. But even though i have a pain. I also have problem of Non bleeding piles. I am working in a office and have to sit 9-5 there.
Now a days i am feeling this pain of daily basis. Before that it only happen when i took some spicy stuff.please help me out and suggest any best medicine.
