poison ivy season

have posted b4 but no response to the question....can anyone help with this?

poison ivy season is coming and I live in a location which where eradication is not possible. my animals will contact the plant and I in turn will have contact with the animals. I am a late comer to allergic reactions to poison oak and ivy but my reactions are severe. I required allopathic treatment two years ago and would prefer not to go that route again. my question is taking Rhus Tox daily before actual contact a prophylactic? I have also seen something called 'oral ivy' by Boericke and Tafel, has anyone had any experience with this product

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes as a prophylactic you can take rhus tox 200c three doses on a single day at the onset of season. No need for daily repetition and only repeat when you feel you no more are immunised against ivy.

If you're willing, I highly recommend a product called Ivyoff. I don't see it in stores, only on the internet. Usually I'm hesitant about ordering online, but I had a bad breakout and a good friend of mine got great results with it. I always keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet. It has always worked for me and I apply it when I see the rash forming.
