herpes on lips
Hi,I really need help, I am 33 and been suffering herpes on lips for the last 25 years. for the last decade I know i get them when under stress, or when sick, (cold, sore throat). at least 3 or 4 times a year and they last 2 or 3 weeks to completely heal. Just on my lips ussualy bottom or corner but if it last enough it will 'jump' in to upper lip an the story starts again :(
I take L-lysine, i want to think that it has help and that's why i 'just' get them 3 or 4 times a year. but is there something else?
Is there something to prevent it?
