This is notation for the LM scale of potency. You may have to order it with a good pharmacy.

Symptoms moving downwards is a good symptom. That is the ideal direction of cure.

Please stop the intake of coffee. Also no tea after 2 pm.Make it a point that you have very light dinner every night and that too at least two hours before going to sleep. After dinner, take a light walk for about 15 minutes and then sit in Vajrasan for some time. Start with 5 minutes and then you can go on to increase the time to upto 30 minutes. The following video will help you understand how to perform the asana:

video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-174689897232408917

Also try taking a minimum of 12-15 glasses of water per day. No water during meals and 30 minutes prior to and after a meal.

In addition you need to have a good 7 hour sleep during the night. Also try taking some light exercises for at least 30 minutes in the morning.

Niel

Hi Dear sir,

How does one know when to move on to a LM scale?

Today i am feeling much better than the last 3 weeks.I was able to lecture for two hours without a break.

All that i need to do to keep giddiness at bay is to keep my stomach full.If i dont then i will invariably feel giddy.

Mentally also i feel calm.My concentration too is good.

I don't take coffee. It doesn't agree with me somehow though i like coffee.

I will follow the regimen you have asked me to without fail.

Thanks.

Thanks.
Have a great day :)

Hi

It is essentially the judgment of the physician...no hard and fast rule there.

However, one rule of thumb is that when even after a high potency has shown effects and mental symptoms keep returning, moving to LM potency helps one sped the process of cure.

Please continue with your biochem routine.

Hi sir,

I am curious so i am posing all these questions.I know you don't mind :)))

So is giddiness considered a symptom pertaining to the mind??

Sorry if i am bothering you too much :)

Thanks.

sensitive last decade
Hi

Yes giddiness is a symptom of mind under the subhead Sensorium.

Not an issue at all.
:)

Best wissue

Wow!!! I never knew that giddiness is a symptom of the mind.

Hey sir, i have more questions ;)))))

Are the four miasms independent of each other in terms of the definition? I was trying to relate it to a concept in Linear Algebra :)

And how should i place the order for Calc Carb 0/6? Is it something specific that i have to ask in LM potency?

Thanks for everything.
Have a bright day :)

Just ask him to give Calc 0/6. if he doesn't have, he will get it for you. The medicine will be in the form of small no. 10 pills.

Hi Dear Dr.Niel,

I will try to get it at the earliest.

I checked my Hb count today.
It is 7.8 .Last time it was 8.54.

Thanks :)

Hmmm...this may be the actual cause of your dizziness.

Please furnish your diet routine. Also....you need to take the following biochems 3 times a day for a long long period of time :

Natrum Mur - 6x
Calc Phos - 6x
Ferrum Phos - 6x

Psora, syphilis and sycosis are independent of each other. Tubercular miasm is a mixed miasm. But even the basic miasms ae often found in combination.

Hi Dear Dr.Niel,

I have been taking the tissue salts already. You had suggested them a few months back.

My diet routine:

1.Morning breakfast : Either dosa/idli/rice and some fruit. But i can take very little as i have to leave by 7.30am.

2.Afternoon lunch : Almost the same.Again the quantity is not much as i cannot carry much of it. :)I also have some fruits.

3.I have a full lunch followed by fruits in the evening after reaching home maybe by 6 or 7 pm. Lunch constitutes of dal, rice and curd and some vegetable.

4. I have dinner by 10.30 pm.

I dont like foods that i have to chew for a long time.I get an aversion if food remains in my mouth for a long time.

I sleep late as will have kitchen work for around an hour after dinner, then study and wait for my brother to return from work. :)

Thanks :)

Good morning Dear Dr.Niel :)

Nowadays i feel dizzy only in the evening.

I am hungry after every two hours.

The nerve pain that i was complaining of has gone.

The itch in the eruption in my toes is also reducing.

I think i am catching a cold.
What can be done to reduce the pain in my throat?

I have placed the order for the Calc 0/6.

Thanks.
Have a great day :)

Hi

Let us wait and see if it goes on its own. If it doesn't, we will think of giving some remedy for this.

Your diet routine is highly defective. Try having a heavier breakfast and a very light dinner. Also, try pre-poning your dinner to something like 9-9:30 pm.

Hi Dr.Niel,

Can i start taking milk? I had stopped it on an experimental basis to see if my eczema is due to it.

I read the article you have written on nosodes. It is very interesting. There is so much to learn in homeopathy!!!

Thanks.

sensitive last decade
You can start having milk.

That article was not written by me...but by Dr. David Little. Please go through the link for the complete article.

Hi Dr.Niel,

I kept a count of how many times it twitches in a day.It turned out to be around 10-15 times.Otherwise i thought i would not report it.

I will take Mag phos 6x and report back in a few days.

Why does that happen?

And sir, i had asked you about my friend seeking help from you regarding a few problems she is facing after an accident. Can u help her out?

Thanks.

sensitive last decade
Sorry...I missed that. Please post her problems in a separate thread.

Did the twitching happen first in the right eye and then move to the left eye?

B wishes

Niel

Niel Madhavan last decade
Hi Dr.Niel,

No.It didnt shift that way. It is only under the left eye.I think it is the nerve rather than the muscle. The twitching not just felt by me but others too can see it clearly.

Thanks.
