hair regrowth

Hi...this is my first post on this forum......
Im 25 years male from india ....... abt 8 years back had been through an emotional phase...... a breakup(was 17 then)
lost a great deal of hair then(had a great head of hair before....yeah that hurts) ..... some still hasnt come back.......you can see my scalp on top of my head when wet(more than whats normal)
...... which wasnt the case before the trauma.......initially had been under dr batras treatment for a year which was pretty useless.... then had a brief treatment under a dermatologist and a trichologist(for about 2-3 months)........ needless to say dint work.......
now for the past 4 and a 1/2 years i havent had any noticeable hair loss incident ..........for these many years have been under no treatment whatsoever and am not taking any medicines nor am i applying any thing to my hair(not even oil)...... infact i just paid a visit to another dermatologist in here yesterday and he did a hair pull test and found out that my hair is actually healthy apart from a little dandruff problem everything is quite well ......... but yeah he said that little can be done to make it as dense as it was 8 yrs back and that i would have to live with it ...... i wanna grow it long and cant seem to with it being that thin at the top....... so does homeopathy have any solution for it .....or am i too late(its been 8 years now)
and yeah I have no history of baldness on either side of my family.......

Its really bothering me and has taken a toll my confidence ......

now for the details.......

1. Describe your main suffering?
my hair.... i know it just sounds shallow...... but yeah it becomes unmanageable at most times.... it has affected my confidence in a big way.......

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
well ever since that dreadful phase in my life...... i have had several problems ... anger, depression, sleeplessness, erratic behaviour, restlessness, loss in concentration, you name it i had it...... it again took a toll on my academic career ...... took a long time to get to graduation...... still am very much prone to all those things and can definetely say im not completely out of it.......

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
well i was never a social being ...... infact i was very shy as a child...... and i somehow was starting to get out of it
during that 1-1/2 year period when things were going great for me(if you know what i mean :-))..... but after what happened i again went back into my shell breaking all ties i had with my friends...... now i want to get back into the game .... am not very comfortable in social situations or in groups..... and the fact that my hair looks like what it is makes my job that much more tougher.....

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
feel like screaming...... breaking things that are around me.... helpless, worthless....

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
have covered that part i guess

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
hard to say .....but i guess night time is more worse ......... with all those thoughts rushing in

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
looking into the mirror and finding myself looking miserable
the hope that maybe someday things will get back to be bring great

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
dont think so......

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
cold and humid weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
i can be all of the above ..... depends on my mood

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
never liked the thundering sound..... cant say scared coz that wud be an exaggeration..... something in between ......but ya i dont like it

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
generally no
but if im only a little upset i wudnt mind that

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
nope

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless weeping, talking to one self etc?
causeless weeping, talking to one self, daydreaming, walking
inside the house......well you can amount it to restlessness
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
dont have many friends, never had a great family.... was raised by my grandparents all through my teenage years .... parents used to go to work.... so really dont have any great attatchment to my real parents..... i dont normally go with my problems to my parents ..... not yet married

11. What are your fears?
rejection,failure

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

well ive got irregular sleeping patterns...... sometimes i wakeup in the middle of the night..... but that happens rarely
i normally sleep face down on my stomach..... i know thats bad...... had read somewhere

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
never had a chance to know....... lol....

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
that would be a real tough one

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
apart from the hair treatments that i had taken ive also been to 3 psychiatrists uptil now and was treated mainly for the problems mentioned in my answer to the 2nd question...... they gave me some medicines and was taking them for a good year-year and a half..... my weight had plumetted from 48kgs to at one time 67 kgs....... im 58 now....

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
there is no history of any kind(heart, diabetes or the like) on either side of my family .........my mom is a blood pressure patient .....shes almost 60 now .so i think thats pretty normal....... dad has no major illness

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

hey...thanks for the reply.... i checked out the medicines that you recommended....i think they are for achieving emotional stability.... going out to get them now.... but you never said anything abt what i should apply to my hair... i think it is part of the problem.... read a few posts regarding hair loss and one name that kept cropping up was arnica 30c and arnica montana ..... must admit i don't have the slightest idea which ones for what.. so could you shed some light on it..... thanks again

and i forgot to mention one thing.. for the past one month and a half i am using himalaya hair loss cream daily..... though it is too early to see any results... can i continue to use it alongwith these medicines..

In homoeopathy symptomatic treatment is not made. Remedy is chosen on the basis of totality of symptoms. In this case the remedy is natrum mur.

and i forgot to mention one thing.. for the past one month and a half i am using himalaya hair loss cream daily..... though it is too early to see any results... can i continue to use it alongwith these medicines..
Yes.

Breathing exercises oxygenate cells of scalp thereby increasing their capacity to hold hair and even new hair grow.

Well i finally got the medicines from a homeopathic store after like 8-10 visits to as many stores..... some of them were closed due to persistent rains, some of them didnt have the stock and almost all these stores remain open for like only 2 hours and that too odd hours... so apologies..... well there are a few things i need to ask you ... how many pills should i take at a time and secondly am i supposed to take the natrum mur pills only for the first day... like how can it be that effective ..... am not doubting anything though.it is just a query that i had in mind..... thanks

1 dose means 4 pills

am i supposed to take the natrum mur pills only for the first day... like how can it be that effective
Natrum Mur acts for a long duration. It will keep on acting internally over a long period.
