You may take three doses of staphysagria 30c on a single day. Please don't take daily. A day after taking staphysagria 30c, you may take arnica 30c for a week twice a day.

Agree with kadwa. I would add Hypericum to the list. Proposed plan would be:
Day 1: Hypericum 30C - upto 3 doses on need bais for the pain.
Day 2: If pain is bearable, go for day 3 medication directly. Arnica 30C if pain is persisting and is unbearable.
Step 3: Staph 200C - one dose.
Day 1: Hypericum 30C - upto 3 doses on need bais for the pain.
Day 2: If pain is bearable, go for day 3 medication directly. Arnica 30C if pain is persisting and is unbearable.
