help DR MAHFOOZ to choose good remedy
i m 31 years old single and i never did sex in my life. but after 28 years i feel that my ereaction has been week not like before.i don`t have any problem in night discharge. but whenever i saw any beautiful girl or i saw some sceans at tv even whenever i just think about sex then a trasparent liquide come out very quickly some time with erection ans some time without erection too and if this liquide come much after that i feel 2much pain in my testeis (mostly in left testies) and that pain come in my blazer too i did talk with elopathick speciallist but he said its normal when will you merry then this problem will finish automaticaly. but realy i feel that my erection is not strong like before.i hope i will get better advise from Dr and a very good remedy
in night i feel that eriction is ok but when ever i want to go any girl then i afraid that i can not do any thing with her therefor i don`t try. because i feel i m not strong like befor. and i also want to be sure that have giryane mani or giryane mazi ?
and which kind of food can be good for me. and i think much about sex but i don`t do....... even some time i see whenever i think about sex a transparent liquid came out without any movment of penis i wean without ereaction
and my hair are lossing day by day and i have lines in my nails of hands and some nails have black lines inside. nail of my right foot has a hole which not look nice

thnx for srisri and mahfooz. i already took these remedies but i dont feel better. almost one month ago i did use acid phose 4x and phosporus 30 some time togeather because i have problem of prostate product about that i already did write for that problem i used acid phos 4X and i have also high cholestrol problem for that i use phosphorus 30 almost 2 weeks.now i checked my blood my cholestrol level is better than before.i think phosphorus did a good work. but acid phos ...........? i could not understan did acid phos work are not because now i don`t have wish to go for sex i m feeling week and

and now is 11.1 normal 6 to 25
in these days my hairs r felling and my nails are not smoth they have lines and some nails has black lines inside.and right foot`s thumb nail have a cavity.
about my phycology problem. i m very worried about my sexsul weeknes. alwas this is tension in my mind. i thout may be it will not cure and i will my hole life like this....................
