frequent urination

Hi,

Pls suggest some homeopathic remedy for me. My case details are below:

23 years old male. suffering from frequent urination (around 15-20 times in day, don't generally wake up at nights to urinate ) for the last 7-8 years. generally have to urinate in small amounts, feel that I am emptying my bladder everytime. Constant urge to void . Aggrevated in humid weather and in Winters. urine flow is normal. there is no urinary leakage and pelvic floor muscles are strong enough.
Did some wrong practices for 2-3 years in adolcense age (14-16years), squeezing penis till orgasm, and squeezing the semen inside , not letting it out. Symptoms developed while during these wrong practices several times a day.

Feeling inside urethra aggrevated especially after defacation.
Quality of life due to the problem: very badly hampered.

Urine test didn't show any infection. Also the ultrasound for urinary tract showed everything normal (such as prostate size, kidney,bladder, amount of post-void urine in bladder etc)
consumed drugs like antibiotic) and detrol(alpha-blocker) , but they didnt help.

Otherwise I am a pretty healthy, confident and balanced person. Sleep is normal. No other stresses etc.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take one dose of Staphysagria 200C and report after a week.

Usual homeo restrictions such as not eating / drinking for 1 hr on either side of taking the remedy, avoiding coffee, etc apply.

One dose is about 8 to 10 pills dissolved under the tongue or 2 or 3 drops in about 25 ml water.

I have tried Staphysagria 3 months back for 2 weeks
(i think the potency was 30C or 200C)

I didnt help in the symptoms.
Should i retry?

I did some search based on my specific symptoms and came up with following:

Copaiva Officinalis
Cannabis sativa
Uva ursi (Bearberry)
Piper methysticum (KavaKava)

Would you suggest taking any of these?

For advising you accurately, we need more info about you. Please write more about yourself: you thoughts, patterns, mental make up, weather preferences, food cravings/ aversions, sleep, dreams, bowel movement, etc.

thoughts and mental makeup: mostly positive, but depressed due to this illness

weather pref: dry and moderate (symptoms get worse in cold or humid weather
)

eats veg food only, no esp cravingsaversions
Normal sleep n regular bowel movements (no constipation etc)

You could try Acid Phos or China in 30C. Take just one dose and post feedback after a week.
