allergy

I am putting up in bangalore which is called asthma capital. I have developed allergy since my preganacy time (since oct-nov 2005). It gets worse in rainy season. Generally it starts in late evening/early morning with sneezing, watery nose, congested nose, coughing and breathlessness. Most of the time, I can feel something triggering my nose, within some minutes, I get rashes on the top of my mouth and itching ears/throat and sometimes itching eyes.
Sometimes I endup vomiting which is frothy in nature and water like and after that I am relived to some extent.

I know for sure that I have allergy with dust but sometimes I have seen it happening when I don't see any visible dust.

I have been taking homepathic medicine for past 6 months, I don't know the names as Dr. doesn't disclose it. I left his treatment after 6 months as there was no respite but again started as I hate allopathic and my problem becomes unbearable.

I am not able to sleep till 1/2pm in night when this happens. I feel so frustrated, I avoid allopathic but when it increases so much, I take allegra which relives me.

I, would like some dr. to please suggest me some medicine as my Dr. doesn't give me any date when he will be able to cure me neither do he takes any guarantee of curing me, he says it mighttake 2-3 yrs which kind of demotivate me as I can't afford to goto his clinic so often + paying his hefty fees.

BTW, allopathic Dr. diagnosed me with bronchitis allergy/asthma and gave some inhaler which I hardly took as I hate allopathic.

I will really appreciate if somebody can suggest me some homepathic for these symptoms.

day 1
please take Kali Carb 200 thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 2 to day 15
please take 2 tablets each of the following cell salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
kali mur 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please report after 15 days.

I also want to mention that my mother is also kind of suffering from same symptom and she is 67yrs. old.
She also gets a attack of sneezing, watery node, itching in nose and watery eyes. Can she also takes the same medicine. She is putting up in delhi and she hasn't taken any homepathic so far but allopathic dr. suggested her derriphyl.

In case of your mother, please follow the treatment plan given below

day 1

thanks Dr. for such quick reply, I am really greatful to u.
I also want to mention that my mother keeps lots of fast and reason for her symptoms could be because of acidity as her problem is not during any particualr time of day, she gets sneezing attack anytime and I can hear her wheezing sound in night.

apart from that she is heart patient and also suffering from high blood pressure for which she is taking allopathic, so I am just wondering Is there any homeo treatment for this also ?

Please ask your mother to continue with all her allopathic medication. Please ask her to start the homeo remedies side by side. Please come back after 15 days with all details in respect of your mother and you in the standard format.

Dr. Kadwa,
I have been taking your medicine for last 15 days and seeing some improvement, though I am still suffering from blocked nose in night and sometimes coughing also.
Please advice if I need to change medicine or continue with same.

You should also take 2 tablets each of Mag Phos 6x thrice a day alongwith the above two.

So finally, your schedule for next week is

mag phos 6x

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. This should help in both the allergy and muscle pull.

Dear Doctor,
I have not started Mag-Phos as I couldn't go to market. I am taking rest tablets and there is a considerable improvement in coughing( almost gone) but blocked nose and running nose problem is still there, though intensity is not that much.
I would like to request you to suggest some SOS medicine for blocked nose and running nose as sometimes it starts when I got up in middle of night for water and anything. I don't know what causes it as before awaking I am alright but after that sneezing and water nose starts with almost blocked nose and I have to breather from mouth. and after that I just can't sleep and spoils my night.

There is one herbal product called as Shwasari Pravahi sold by Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy that is indicated for bronchitis, wheezing, blocked nose, sneezing etc. You may take 2 tsp of Shwasari Pravahi with same quantity of water whenever you have acute problem.

You are also advised to consider this package as an option.

i suggest the following treatment plan for the next 15 days.

day 1
please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

day 2 to day 15
please take 1 tablet each of the following cell salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for another week
natrum sulph 6x
kali mur 6x

Please note that unless you do breathing exercises it will be difficult to manage your allergies in the long run.
