Breathing Problems

Hi,

I am facing a bit of breathing problems with tingling in both my hands. What could it be? Its just start about 15 minutes back 2.15 pm while having my lunch.

I do not have fever, nor cough or cold. Just a throat irritation.

Hope its got nothing to do with swine flu. Scared...
