Prostatitis (strange case - please help)

3 years ago I was taking chinese herbal medicine for kidney yang/yin problems. My symptoms at the time were stomach problems such as irritable bowel and acne.

I went on a holiday with my girlfriend (my only sex partner) and she had Candida. After having sex with her I also had this on my penis. I came back from holiday and used cream to eradicate this. I then decided to go back to the chinese doctor. He gave me herbs and I noticed I felt excellent. I had very strong erections and from looking at a girl on the street I noticed my penis responded well for a young male :) I was happy.

I do not recall the EXACT timing of the incidents but I am trying my best to recall what happened step by step.

After I week I went back to him and said look - in the morning my erections are so good I need to wait for them to completely reside before being able to urinate.

(note: At this time I was also practicing tantric exercises to be able to stop from ejaculating to prolong sex. I would do this 3 times a day).

I noticed after a few days when I had sex it felt as though my penis broke (made a click noise at the BASE of the penis). I was shocked. My erection went down I took a cold shower and went to sleep hoping all would be okay.

The next day I noticed my erection was slanting to the LEFT and when I tried to have sex for a long time pain would go into my left groin. It felt as thoguh something is pulling MORE on the left than on the right side of penis when erect.

My girlfriend was also giving me oral sex at the time (she had braces).

I took some herbs to help me with 'stage fright' as I said this was an issue I had earlier on and this might be reason why it took so long for me to calm down before being able to urinate in the mornings.
As I was taking those herbs I got candida AGAIN from my girlfriend. During this time we were having fights, I was angry and the sex became more of an angry sex.
I was angry that again I had candida from her apart from her starting to see another man (not yet sexual).

I noticed after candida went away, and I dont know if its from that OR the herbs perhps ... that I could not stand and urinate. It hurt me on the RIGHT SIDE of bellow button - sometimes a bit lower down. Perhaps this is the right URETER ? I am not sure.

When I sit and urinate if I apply force to push the urine int he middle but more towrds the END I feel this pain.

My erections were dead. I had chills - (not shivering) - only chilliness in open air at all times even up until today. I had twitching in the base of the penis (it feels as if ejaculating ???) but I have twitching in my bottom of prostate too sometimes, sometimes perineum. twitching sometimes in my legs. Sometimes ill get a few twitchs a day in my arm or my back.
Because of this my immune is low I feel the wind goes throguh me. I get goosebumps if im not wearing a jumper if im in cooler air.
My ears hurt me if im exposed to cold air for some time.

I had pain on ejaculation.

I have been trying to understand what else causes the pain in the right side near belly button. I have noticed when this first began thst I became sick with very sore throat. Everytime I thoguht about SEX if I saw a woman on television for example I would feel a downward pulling near the root of penis just before erection and this would pull and I feel this pain in right side of belly button 1inch bellow.
It feels like somethign is stabbing me there and I can not stand when this happens. I am clenched and need to sleep 8 hours for this to go away so that I can stand.
My lower back then is extremely tight and painful.

When I urinate it feels as though some prostatic fluid comes out. In the beginning there was seminal fluid coming out of my penis after urination and during stool. But I learnt to control this a bit. I later took acupuncture treartments to help with this and it went away 70%.

Also if my girlfriend was physically with me and touched me I could get myself to have an erect penis without pain but sex I can only have for a few minutes after which I ejaculate. I had pain on ejaculation but the pain now is maybe 10%.
If I am stimulated sexually a little only then there is no erection instead i feel the pulling in base of penis (where prostate wraps around urethra and where I experience twitching every day). Then I get this pain in my right lower abdomen side.

I went to see a homeopathic doctor and have been taking this for 1 week.
She thinks I got this from the Candida which activated an infection through my anger at the time. She has given me:

9ch monilia albicans which i need take 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, for 3 times. 2 capsules morning and 2 at night.

30ch staphysagria which i need take for 1 week and then every 2nd day. 2 capsules morning.

I told her that I think I have pain on urination but I realize now it is not that. It is pain after urination or towards end of urination.

The way I need to urinate to not have as much pain is to squirt and close, squirt and close.

If I have sex / masterbate every day then the pain does not come often because I am not being sexually stimulated throughout the day by anything.

My desire for sex is lessened I used to have sex 2 times a day and now I only feel like once a week but I need to ejaculate to stop the pains from happening. If I dont have sex for 3 days then when I urinate I feel as though seminal fluid will leak out - IF this does happen I am in extreme pain in the right side near belly button 1inch below as I have described.

I really hope that someone here might be able to help me - I can not take antibiotics as many of them increase the twitching in prostate and then I have seminal leaking and can not urinate at all - and then the pain in the lower right abdomen is extreme.

I apologize that this is lengthy but I am trying to re-iterate the main symptoms for you so that it may help you in identifying what is best for me.
I have no problem in continuing the monilia albicans but I believe there is something else that will better suit my condition than the staphysagria.
