Dr Kadwa pl help..prostatitis

I m 52 yr old developed pain in the genitals,as also irritation aftervpassing urine.random blood sugar test,creatinine normal.ultrasound prostate normal,no kidney stones.uroflowmetry av urine fliw amt 8 nm/sec.no bacteria in urine culture,urine RE/ME normal.semen culture report awaited.

Right now pain in the shaft of the penis and irritation after pasding urine.awaiting urologist sdsesment who thinks it might be chronic prostatis pelvic pain syndrome..awaiting my semen culture report.

I dnt get up at night to urinate,flow urine is ok.but lower genital pain is not understood.please advise.consuming turmeric with honey in hot water everyday mpty stomach.i have primarybhypertension and use 25 mg atenolol daily.no funny color urine ever noted incldng foam,blood.no fever

Please take 2 pills each of Nux Vomica 200 and Staphysagria 200 twice a day for 5 days and see how that affects.

Thanks.even semen culture report is normal.urologist says its prostate infection.2 pills means what..only 2 pills or ??.whats the dosage

2 pills or 10 pills, both will do the same work in homeopathy!!
