Chronic Prostatitis symptoms and painful urethra

I have recently been diagnosed with Chronic Prostatitis Pelvic Pain syndrome, my serum prostatic specific antigen (PSA) was also elevated. For last 3-4 months, I have been having mild to severe pain in the Penile area especially on the shaft and the base, apart from other symptoms related with the CPPS, I am suffering with very severe fatigue and feel exhausted most of them time, I am suffering incoherent speech and feel anxious and shivering in my body.

Can you please prescribe me any medicine for the penile pain and other problems related to CPPS ?

2. Conium-200 6 pills evening
Pl take above treatment for 10 days and then give feedback
