Asthma

I am 43 old woman.I have a chronic history of allergy and asthma. With regular use of homeopathic medicines I recovered almost 95%.I moved to from Asia to North America and good homeopathic doctors are rare.Important symptoms are:
With even a few steps of walk breathing becomes difficult.
Breathing gets difficult even with a little exertion.
Worse at night
Can not go upstairs without problem.
Backache
Headache
Shoulder joints pain
Wheezing in inhaling
Feel cold air goes into nostrils.Feel better when I cover nostrils with cloth.
If it is cold air it gets worse.
My old doctor believed in single remedy but now one of my non professional doctor friend prescribed Nat sulph 200 once daily and Calc 30 three times a day.I tried this now but Calc 30 aggravates breathing problem and makes it worse.

I will be thankful for the suggestions

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to tell that my asthma was fine for last five years and it recurred this year and that I am taking these medicines for last three days.

Thanks for your help
