5 yr old not eating

Hello!
My 5yr old boy does not eat well..He has been like this since he was 2yrs..He has not grown much over the yrs..He is very skinny, gets sick often and complains of toe pain. I was eager to know if there is any medication out there to enhance his apetite and growth
