C after LM

Friends, can i administer 1M after LM 0/3? are there patients who respond better to C potency than LM potency? are there patients who respond better to dry dose than to wet dose? in the case of a wet dose can we decrease the amount of liquid in subsequent administerations considering the sensitivity of the patient? will decreasing the quantity of liquid cause a decrease in potency? after the initial one or two dry doses, can we continue the same medicine of the same potency in wet doses?
