Its been abt 9 days since I had Tuber 1M.
Cough has worsened, the tickling feeling which was at lower throat and upper chest has moved up to middle chest and the mucus which was grey has turned yellowish green. Cough too has increased a lot. Earlier it was more during the evening and morning, now it is throughout the day.
Nose block is again as it was earlier. More bad than better. Had a bout of flu like symptoms a few days back. With runny nose and a lot of mucus coming out and bad nose block with lot of cough. Still have to strain to breath through the nose. Nose opens after physical exertion, drinking hot, after chilli / pepper / spices, or generally in sun and when outside.
Abdominal bloating got a lil reduced (but not totally cured) after taking Lyco but has remained as it is after that.
Had to start taking paracetamol (just 1 day), citzin and cough syrup to avoid things geting worse. What do I do next, plz advise.

after about a week or so, please go for one dose of LYCOPODIUM 10M.
just one dose in empty stomach and clean mouth. choose a good brand, especially RECKEWEG.
4 drops in 10 ml of water and no food or water for next one hour.

BTW, I dont think we have tried Lyco 1M till now. So is it ok to jump straight off to 10M ?
Moreover, I would be traveling soon - in abt 45 days time and I dont wish to pass through airport security with my present nasal and cough problem :) - they will not waste a minute to doubt that I am having H1N1.
So if I do not get over these symptoms in another 1 month's time . . . . . I am afraid (even if I hate to take allopathic medicines) I will have to suppress all my symptoms.
So plz help me.

you can take LYCOPODIUM 1M one dose and check for the next 7 days whats happening.
in the long run you may have to take 10m some doses at infrequent interwals.

After how many days should I take the first dose of 1M or 10 M ?
Well, its too early to say but I find my abdominal bloating abt 30 - 50 % less :)

if your problems are getting reduced gradually, stick to 200c potency for now and take it once in 3 to 4 days.

Well, I will not say ALL my problems are getting better . . . . . The nasal problem, cough and my sexual weakness are nearly the same but the abdominal bloating seems to be getting a lil better.
So I will start with Lyco 200 in that case and see how it works. Will take it twice a week and keep you informed. When should i start taking it ? Last dose of Tuber 1M I took was on 13th of this month.

Cough is less (though i am also taking a cough syrup / expectorant)
Since a few days have a a bad gum infection and a some painful ulcer like tiny spots on the tongue. Used to hav these earlier also and usually Merc sol used to be good in bringing relief. Right now I am applying a Mercurochrome 2% paint but as some one told me that it is very bad for the body so I have decided to stop that. In such a case what do u suggest to do ? Calendula tincher mouth wash ? Vitamin B complex supplements ?

Going to meet a dentist soon and lets see what they hav to say abt it.
I wish to know, that earlier i used to hav Iodum 1M once a week for my Hypo thyroid problem. I was also advised Tyrodenium 1M but since abt 2 - 3 months i hav not had these medicines. My TSH levels are very high and so what shud i do for that ?

please dont take remedies for specific symptoms.
jot down the totality of symptoms with sensations and then try to take a remedy which matches it with modality.
you can also try to find out your constitution type and then take it once in a while to take care of these irregularities.
there is no remedy for increased TSH levels..it all depends on the manifested symptoms and your other symptoms including mentals and generals which altogether will erect the similimmum.

Dear rishimba can u pls help me understanding your prescription as to why you r prescribing higher potencies daily doses? Generally ther r to be taken once in a week as per mw knowledge. pls try to help mwe by answering my query

So what do u think, i shud continue with Lyco 200 ? If so for how long ? And is it THE medicine for me ? These days feeling very very cold and esp in feet. and nasal problem is again increasing. Having lil bit troubles (infections) here and there which might normally need antibiotics but i am trying to avoid it till now. Plz advise.

if the symptoms have changed, its better to find the similimmum based on the present set of symptoms.
you can stop lycopodium if it helps no more.
if you can list down your present symptoms accurately with modalities, an alternative remedy can be suggested.
