acne on scalp

Its been now over 2 years...i keep getting this outbreak of acne more like ulcers filled with yellow puss :( on my head scalp. They are quite painful and last at least 3-4 days.

Tried a medicine called Bactroban after doctors suggestion but not much luck..its hard for me to select a shampoo even. During summers ive noticed they are worst. But now I am noticing they are here in winters too..can someone please suggest remedy? Thanks in advance...

A homeo remedy is suggested on the basis of totality of symptoms and it works as a stimulation to vital force. Cure is effected if the remedy is able to stimulate vital force.
