Good stuff, let us see how long this good effect lasts, and that will decide our dosage interval.

Update in another 2 days.

Well, today sucked rotten eggs...

He's defiant and evil. Tripping his baby brother (15 months) and laughing. Hiding toys, antagonizing and terrorizing him for fun.

Our tolerance for this behavior is at an end. (today). Any normal parent would pull out a belt, and I've gone as far as to lay one on the counter to prove my point.

It's almost manic, the shift between sweet and carefree, to monster. Even while in the throes of explaining to him his errors and putting him in time out, he becomes off the wall aggressive and verbally abusive.

No matter what we say, his response is 'I don't care, I don't have to'. Any form of punishment or behavior correction results in hysteria and verbal abuse.

I don't believe in using the belt, and sometimes I wonder...

I have no idea how to parent an irrational unbalanced child.

Part of this could be his typical Type A hereditary issues...

Any parent must draw the line though at sibling interactions and when they've gone too far.

No one is going to be seriously hurt, but it's the meaning behind the behavior... and the callousness of the actions.

Okay, so our dosing frequency will be 72 hours to prevent relapses:

Give 5 more doses, where each dose is to be given (one dose every 72 hours) as follows:

1)Hit the LM1 bottle hard 8 times
2)Wait for 2 minutes
3)Take out 2 drops from bottle in 250 ml spring water in a fresh cup, stir with a spoon and give a spoon from there. Throw the rest of 250 ml solution away

Report as necessary.

Gave the dose yesterday morning as directed, and it took until the evening for the effect to take hold. This morning was a dream.... he was agreeable, no problem getting dressed. A button popped off and he simply chose another outfit to wear. No drama. Completely calm and happy.

This evening, a different story. Disagreeable again, defiant, etc. He is still sociable, but extremely volatile, jealous, and hyper.

It's barely been 30 hours.

Okay, let us dose every 24 hours then, where each dose is to be given as follows:

1)Hit the LM1 bottle hard 8 times
2)Wait for 2 minutes
3)Take out 2 drops from bottle in 250 ml spring water in a fresh cup, stir with a spoon and give a spoon from there. Throw the rest of 250 ml solution away

Report as necessary.

Ok, beginning to dose every 24 hours. We started this afternoon.

He's pretty grumpy and volatile, so I don't expect much until tomorrow morning. I'll have to watch him very closely with his siblings until then.

I'll keep you posted tomorrow and the following day to see if there is more consistency in behavior.

How many days will we be dosing every 24 hours?

ryansmom last decade
Dose for 5 days.

sameervermani last decade
We completed the 5 day dosing yesterday. Improvement seemed to be about 90%, with tantrum type behavior about twice a day. Short lived, but still rather irrational and unprovoked.

Defiance is still apparent, and it too is short lived.

He's a bit manic with the behavior, as the 'naughty' comes and leaves quickly... At least once daily he is still screaming that he hates us all, and wishes the baby was never born, or he wasn't, or that I'm the worst mother to ever walk the planet.

He gets very apologetic shortly after, and explains he was just angry, or just kidding.

Will await further advice.. :)

Please continue for 2 more days, (today and tomorrow).

The dosing procedure remains same. Do not forget to thump the Helios bottle 8 times before making the dose.

Thanks Sameer! I'm wacking it pretty hard... lol

I feel like we're almost there....!!!

So far, so good. He's being pleasant and relaxed. Just a bit of defiance, but then again he is 7 years old.

If everyday could be just like today!!!!

Update after the 2 doses.

Evil has returned.... Followed dosing instructions, things were going well. Just an episode or two a day.

This evening, lets just say it's not been pleasant. Defiant, obstinate, and just plain mean.

I need to add more detail, but weekends are difficult to asses because I work and he spends time with his Grandma. He seems to keep the behavior under wraps until he gets home.

Will provide more detail tomorrow night.

Hi,

It is time to raise the potency.

Same dosage but with LM2 bottle.

First dose without hits. Report in 24 hours after dose.

Also, order LM3 and LM4 from Helios.

He's like a belligerent drunk at a party. Loud, obnoxious, pushy.

We bought beds to remake their room. Last night was a nightmare after explaining how the changes would take place this week... breaking down the existing bedroom, cleaning and resetting it. He hates us, we hate him, the whole thing...

I have to repeatedly put him in time out to cool down just so we don't choke him. LOL

He goes from happy, loud and hyper to belligerent and mean and hyper.

Still no OCD.

Right after dosing, he mentioned that he always feels great shortly after... Our take has always been that we saw aggression (very shortlived).

Most of the evening he has been off the wall hyper. Happy and pleasant, but OMG, he is active, fast talking, heart racing hyper.

I'll let you know any other observations :)

ryansmom last decade
Yes, and do order LM3 and LM4 in 30 ml bottles from Helios. Also, order Medorrhinum 200c, as well in 5 ml oral liquid.

sameervermani last decade
OK, will do that first thing in the morning.

Can you advise if the results so far are as you expected, or if he's more challenging?

I'm just perplexed.

We thought he'd never fall asleep based on his temperament tonight, yet he fell asleep quickly in his new bed...

Hello,

The response is as expected.

Full cure will take some time. Be prepared to be patient. However, when we do get there, the benefits will be lifelong.

sameervermani last decade
Thank you for your kindness :)

We see enough so far to be able to keep the faith through the process. I just have a curious nature. LOL

He was more pleasant this morning and a little more calm. Enjoyed his new bedroom setting quite a bit. That is HUGE. Before, any changes would be highly upsetting....

I can tell we're on the right track, and continue to be patient with him. It's not easy, but when a small child is irrational, it's just that. Irrational. There really is no way to 'handle' it other than patience and keeping your cool til it passes. Trying to diffuse him, or giving him time to calm himself. And finally, trying to avoid the triggers that set him off.

His tantrums are very much like a fit a 2 year old would pull. While a typical child his age would be punished, we merely weather the storm and give him time to right himself. He is apologetic and often doesn't even know why he feels the way he did to cause the outbursts.

I know some people who are reading this might think a good spanking would be the cure all. To any doubters, this isn't my first child. I have 4 boys actually! I also work at school with kids his age and have pretty much seen every fit you can imagine. Diffusing them is something that comes easy for me. I can read them and guide them back on track quickly.

He is unique and wonderful, however, VERY conflicted. To put this child on mind altering drugs to 'dull him down' would be a crime. He's bright and beautiful, and worth every attempt to cure him naturally.

/blah blah lol

Thanks for listening, and again Sameer for your help. :)

I know I get frustrated and vent from time to time. Just wanted to let you know where my head was at.

Are the above the correct items to purchase? I'm just now finding time after working all weekend and the renovations.

Things are going well, with a small incidence about once a day. It is short lived and we don't add any fuel to the fire, and it fizzles out quickly.

He had a bout of insomnia last night and was exhausted and emotional this morning. Complained of stomach ache and cried before going to school. I hope that the morning difficulties aren't starting up again.

The OCD has made an appearance again, but just the statements, not the repetitive nature of them.

We have continued with 2 drops of LM 2 each night until told otherwise. :)

ryansmom last decade
Everything looks fine. But order, the 'Medorrhinum' and not 'Medorrhinum Amer.'

sameervermani last decade
We are awaiting the order from the UK. Due to the flu, high fever and his sleepiness since Sat, we have missed three consecutive days of 2 drops/LM2.

Behavior has been fine (quite lethargic due to illness). Nosebleed this afternoon, but VERY minimal.

I'd like to resume his dosage tonight/tomorrow if you think it's advisable.

ryansmom last decade
We can wait for LM3 to arrive if he is not relapsing.
