dry skin

My skin is extremely dry and there is intense itching of the skin on the whole body. This occurs when I want to go to sleep. I think by becoming warm in the bed my skin starts itching. If I scratch at one place immediately the itching changes its place to another part in the body. This continues. Strangely there are no irruptions at all inspite of so much itching. The skin is cracked. If I go to sea shore places I sweat and at high altitude places I never sweat. The skin is rough and dry. It is also wrinkled. Can someone help me in suggesting good homeopathic mediciens for my cure?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Psoranium-200 one dose (single) of 3 drops at night first day only and Petroleum-30 thrice a day 5 drops per dose and report chages after a week.

Dear Mahfoozurrehman
After taking Psorinum 200 one dose and Petroleul 30 three times a day I found the following changes.
1. After going to bed itching comes after 15 to 20 minutes. Previously it was immediate.
2. The itching now felt on back and knees and legs. Previously it was whole body. Change of place of itching after scratching is still there.
3. The skin is scaly without any type of outbreaks on the body.
4. Dryness of skin is still there but not as it was before.
Kindly advise me what to do next.
