Dear Katelyn
Whatever remedies you have written, I want som explanation for them, such as (1) Where to buy brewer's yeast? In what form I will get it? in powder form, or in granule form, or in liquid form? (2) In the same way about wheat germ. where to buy, in what form - powder, granules, or liquid?
Secondly To rub in the hair - You have not written the quantity of the ingredients, as
how much coconut oil,
how much grapesed oil (is it available in oil form? if yes where?),
how much saw palmetto (I have seen only capsules, do I have to break them?)
What is Crushed Flower powder, and where to get it? and how much to mix?
How much capsicum powder - is it from normal spice shelf? Will it not give burning sensation on scalp?
And how much ginger powder?
Thirdly how much to take Saw Palmetto and Zinc supplements?
I hope you have not offended by my this long question. I have my hair falling maybe 100 strands a day. I am very much worried as they are thinning at a very fast rate. I am a 64 year old woman. It is about 5-6 months that this is happening to me. I hope that your remedy should work.
Please reply me soon. Thanks, regards,
Sushma
