Is it ok if I'll use Arnica Q(10 ml.) with water (50 ml.) instead of coconut oil? Coz it's very easy 2 wash. Is it safe to use Arnica Q either in oil or water coz it contains alcohol and feels cold on scalp?(arnica Q N coconut oil)

Glad to note that your stress is under control with Nat Mur 6x.
I have always recommended Arnica Q in an oil base specifically Coconut oil as this really works the magic. Water will not do and the fact that you feel the cold is because you are using the Q which is in an Ethanol base directly on the scalp which can be counter productive.
You are advised to use only the Arnica / Coconut Oil mix and only a few drops on the tips of your fingers are necessary to get it on the hair follicles which should have the remedy always present for best growth.

Hi Joe! After starting Nat Mur 6x my hair also stats growing fast. I could see few hair on the top of my head where it required a lot more. Is it Nat Mur effect?

This is great news. I have never used Nat Mur for hair growth and this may be another breakthrough. I discovered Arnica many years ago to help hair growth and your observations with the Nat Mur 6x are valuable for future reference. It is through observations such as this that Homeopathy can advance.
Stay with the Nat Mur 6x only instead of the Arnica 30 and report response in a week. Are you taking the dosage I advised, 2 tablets twice daily ?
Stop all other medication but use the Arnica Q / Coconut oil mix directly on the hair roots.
Use only Johnson's Baby shampoo on your hair as other shampoos are not advised.

One more thing I am not using any shampoo. I am using mixer of Acacia concina, Eclipta erecta, Emblica myrobalan, Bacopa monniera, Azadirachta indica, Citrus reticulata peel. Works COOL.

I would like you please to only use the Nat Mur 6x to see if your observation that this remedy promotes the growth of hair. As I stated in my last post if this is correct, it will certainly be another new discovery for the use of Nat Mur.
Do not exceed the dosage of 2 tablets twice daily as in Homeopathy small is beautiful.

as advised by you I am using arnica 30 for the past few days.too early for any improvement in hair but am Having extremely heavy periods. You think arnica responsible for this? I remember you mentioning once that it thins out the blood so could there be a relation. Pls tell me. I dont want to get out of one problem by landing into another.

It is very unlikely that Arnica is responsible for your present problem which I find that I did not advise you to use on this thread.
However if you feel uncomfortable with the Arnica which I believe you suspect for your problem, you can stop it and take it when you are OK.

I think I am getting better results beacause Joe, sabra, erika, ghalib & other helpful seniors who helped me stick with Homeopathy.(And Thats the most important thing.) Thanks a Lot. Special Thanks 2 Joe. You have helped me a lot more 2 stick with arnica.
Second thing I am strictly avoiding the short list of substances below(This is for new readers)
COFFEE - (You may have decaffeinated coffee or ordinary tea). Avoid anything containing caffeine e.g. Lucozade or All cola drinks. Energy drinks tend to contain caffeine so they are best avoided also.
PAINKILLERS - Some painkillers contain caffeine so they also need to be avoided, but there are plenty of painkillers that do not contain caffeine and these can be used safely. The brand names of painkillers such as Syndol, Solpadeine, Cojene and Phensic all contain caffeine.
MENTHOL / CAMPHOR containing products such as Vicks, Karvol, Vapo Rubs have an adverse effect on Homeopathic medicine so its safer not to use.
EUCALYPTUS - Same considerations as Menthol / Camphor above. Ralgex and Oil of Wintergreen are some examples.
MINT / PEPPERMINT - As found in toothpaste, some sweets, chewing gum etc. will also antidote Homeopathic medicine.

I would like to add all preserved meats which contain Salpeter to your list of products that will antidote any homeopathic remedy. These include sausages, ham and bacon.
I would also like to recommend that all shampoos that will cause irritation in the eyes be avoided. I have used Johnson's Baby Shampoo for over 30 years and I believe that it is also responsible for my head of hair which is good at my age 76.
I note that you refer to using Arnica. However in your last post you indicated that you had discovered that the Nat Mur 6x you were using was also giving you good results and I recommended that you stay with it for test purposes.
Please clarify for the record which remedy is being used by you today and what your observations are as far as your loss of hair is concerned.

TNX Joe. I am having JUST HOME MADE FRESH food.(No preserved or instant food at all.) Today I am just using Nat Mur 6x, 2tab - twice daily.
What is the proper way 2 use dry tab? Should I put dry tab under clean tongue or swallow with water? At present I am having just like other homeopathic medicine.(under clean tongue)

You can use your brush as usual. It may be soft or hard. It is the massage of the scalp that will promote the growth of the hair. I am very interested in your case as you are using Nat Mur 6x. As you perhaps are aware, Nat Mur is Sodium Chloride or common salt.
It usually takes about a month before you will notice any new growth when using Arnica and it usually arrests the hair loss in 2 weeks.

Hi Rkapal! I am very sorry i have not been checking on hairloss sites anymore! My hairloss problem is gone! I forgot about posting on this site until checking my email. Last I posted my recipe and I must say with the shake with brewersyeast i still drink and since i have incorporated the evening primrose and flaxseed oil I started seeing new hair growth in the areas where it was so thin i could mostly see scalp. Now a whole new story! My hair is thick again! OMG thanks to taking two capsiles of 500 mil of evening primrose 3 times a day and 1000 mil of flaxseed oil 3 times a day along with my shake WOW! Please take the evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil for about 6 weeks and you will definitly see the results! I promise you:) it worked amazing results for me. THank God! Best of luck:)

my hair is thin and grey and falling .my scalp is some times itchy.scalp is Sweating too.The hair is falling from from all parts of head----------- will Arnica tincture+coconut oil help me?
