Lachesis 200 in the Dry pellets should stop the bleeding in about 15 minutes. Take 6 pellets sublingually with a maximum of 2 doses taken an hour apart.
Follow up with Arnica 30c also in Dry dose 2 pellets every 2 hours if the bleeding is not arrested by Lachesis which is unlikely.
Ice will also help.
