Phosphorus
body response to phosphorus
head heavy but without pain and watery eyes with pain relaxed body,increase in trembling but decrease in morning sickness.
kali phos
when I have taken Kali Phos there was an urgency to eat something as i start feeling that my stomach is empty. my trembling increases when my stomach is empty, gas trouble and pressure on chest at and around the heart, it was not pain and not gastric pain and also not heaviness it was very strange feeling.
lycopodium
i think lycopodium has done the miracle there is no gas trouble, controlled shyness, better urination and stool, also my way thinking has changed. now i become optimistic.

So your remedy is Lycopodium. Now you may remember the following points while using Lycopodium
1. You may repeat Lycopodium 200 only after 15 days.
2. You should repeat lycopodium 200 only when you have symptoms that have been relieved by lyco earlier. Please don't take it unnecessarily.
3. If you find that Lycopodium 200 has stopped working you should take a single dose of Lycopodium 1M and not three doses as in case of Lycopodium 200. Lycopodium 1M should not be repeated within one month.
4. Kali Phos 6x is a tissue salt. If you are not satisfied with it's results, you may not use it.
5. You should do breathing exercises regularly so that you would no more require any medicine.
