PE + low libido + low hormones

I am 29 year old married man. I have been facing the problem of premature ejaculation and low sex drive since my marriage. I have got married 8 months back. I have tried ayurvedic, homeopathy and some SSRI drugs (temporary) but not found any improvement. I have got done my hormone test and the results are as following:

FSH - 0.71 miu/ml
LH - 2.44 miu/ml
Testasterone - 119.19 ng/dl
Hemoglobin - 13.5

I want to give you following symptoms to my problem

1. my pennies size is 5 inch when erected (very thin)
2. I have some fat on my chest and it looks like breast. My muscles are little loose.
3. I feel tired very soon even without any heavy activity
4. I do not have any likings towards sport and I am very emotional.
5. I have almost no hair on chest and also beard growth is not very good
6. I have good height - 5.10

I am facing the problem of very early ejaculation and at the same time my libido is very low.
