Oligospermia Please help

Sir,

I have diagonsed as primary varicocele and my SA report is 8 million/ml ,3ml volume,grey color,1 hr liquidification and 5% Active,5%Sluggish and 90%dead please suggest me medicine for improvement within 3 months.
