breast enlargement
hi am pranavi .23,please suggest me the remedies to improve my breast size which is very low.. and my mom's breast is also low but my sister's breast size is gud .. I have q doubt is it herediatery ....please suggest me remedies..pranavi on 2010-01-26

(try SABAL SERRULATA-Q some 10 drops 3 times a day in half a cup of water.
continue this for some weeks and then check the result.
2.FYI: Sabal Serrulata is saw palmetto berry.
I have a lot of personal experience with this plant. The Q form is basically the herbal ....it is not diluted to any other potency as in homeopathy.
Sabal, in my experience, has a long half life and is quite potent in very small doses. For instance, I use the tincture from Herb Pharm. I love their formula because it is very pure and not irradiated/ no pesticides etc.. I use 1 or 2 drops every third day. It stays in your system for a long time and is pretty powerful in its hormonal effect. Yes it does grow breast tissue!
I have seen the formulas for breast enhancement and they use way too much Sabal and Foenum (fenugreek) in a dose. No wonder your hormones are a wreck!
3.Remember, to use 1 or 2 drops a day and skip a day in between. You have to tweak the dose to suit your body... this herb stays active in the body longer than most others. As with any hormonal remedy or herb, I find it best to use the first day of your cycle.
