Nasal problems - Sinus?

I've been ill for 2 months now, had a nasty allergic reaction and think my body fought it so hard that I'm generally low and picking up everything. Several viruses later I'm now left with some 'cold' symptoms - mainly congestion and horrible nasal swelling/sores. I have lots of thick green mucous and it's hard to clear my nose as the swelling is making it too painful to blow. It drips down behind and makes me gag but is hard to dislodge by coughing. I've tried Kali bich 6 and pulsatilla 30 (the only strengths I have in these) but not sure these are right - the closest symptoms I could find were sinusitis but I'm not sure that's what this is. Currently awaiting results of blood tests to find out if I have any underlying problems or infections but in the meantime would appreciate any help for an extremely painful and snotty nose! Sorry, I know it's gross and graphic!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 and day 2
please take three doses of Hepar Sulph 200c at a gap of 4 hours

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 3 to day 7
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
ferrum phos 6x
kali mur 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
