chronic Sinus with no nasal discharge

1) warm place, heat pads, pressing pressure points on face and forehead for sinus makes it better for a short period of time. cool & wet weather, even slightest cool wind makes it worse. I work in aircondition environment which also affects it badly. my hands and feets gets cold in aircon environment.
2)i have taken aconite in past and do use some saline over the counter sprays but all that gives me relief for very short while. I generally have low ferritin history(which also affects my overall energy level) so i do take Ferrum phos and calc phos tissue salts. I have also taken ferrun met in different potencies to improve low ferritin level.
3) i try to use saline spray on regular basis to get some help but haven't taken any conventional medications
4) i get irritated easily but get over it fast too. i am very emotional person

Another thing to let you know, i had been given Nat Mur in past by 2 different homeopathics but my body did react very badly to it and it had triggered very bad hair fall.

I am a Kind hearted, caring, determined, responsible person. Sometimes I easily get irritated but am able to hide my emotions pretty well. I appear to be a pretty normal person.
I have days where nothing bothers me and others when the least little thing gets on my last nerve
I have had a history of Depression. After depression I used to get very irritated, angry, lack of patience, extremely emotional that I would be crying all the time etc.
But now I have learnt to keep my cool even at the most provocative circumstance. The only time I experience depressive thoughts/feelings is when I take a nap in late afternoon and wake up depressed, especially, wake up after 5.30 pm-6 pm after short nap.
I'm a lot more open about my feelings now than I was when I was a child. I would say that now, I am pretty positive most of the time. I like to keep stressful and negative thoughts out of my head and I try my best to see a little light.

Thank you. I have received the medicines today & have taken a dose of dulcamara 200c as a single dose
I have started taking Kali Mur 6x & Ferrum phos 6x twice a day as advised and will report back in a week

I have taken a single dose of dulcamara 200c as well as kali mur 6x & ferrum phos 6x as advised for a week now
I am not experiencing any difference as i still have heaviness in head with pain in forehead, cheek bones & swollen eye area with watery eyes with heat sensation and often feel liike fever.
Could you please advise

I have taken 2 doses of dulcamara 200 c now and experiencing fever since last 2 days and a headache. Not sure, if this is part of healing process but thought to write a feedback after taking couple of doses of dulcamara.
I will continue taking it for next 5 days along with tissue salts (ferrum Phos & Kali Mur)

To Simone717 - Hello, I not not sure if taking Nat mur will help as i have a history of my body rejecting this specific remedy and develop new symptons like excess hair fall as i have explained in my notes earlier. But, thank you for suggestions.

Temperature isn't too high. I feel cold so much and have a bit of fever.
I have not taken anything for it
Today I have sore throat and it's painful although I have not taken any medicine for it. Just having lemon ginger herbal drink. I drink and eat normal. Have not had any changes to it
I am feeling extremely emotional and so much stressed since yesterday and feel like crying all the time

Apologise for late reply as wasn't feeling well mentally and emotionally
I felt mostly irritated, angry and then felt like things are out of my control and that brought me crying, wheeling emotions
Lately even work environment adding to this stressful thought pattern
Feel extremely hard to let go and get over even little things which I was usually able to do effortlessly
At times in last 4-5 days felt as if I am left alone (loneliness)
Due to all these I am experiencing sleeplessness. Not having proper sound sleep it feels like my mind doesn't sleep
There is an improvement in fever, headache, swelling of face especially around eyes and cheekbones
It's been 5 days since taken a single does of dulcamara 200 everyday but still taking tissue salts for next 2 days as advised by you to take for 7 days

I do not have pulsatilla as haven't had to take it before

In terms of sinus, i have stopped Dulcamara on Sunday as you have advised
from this morning i am feeling a bit heaviness in head and around eyes area, eyes getting watery
I am not sure if all my sinus symptoms are going to return in next few days.
could you please advise if i should be taking any medicine to cure sinus
