Couple of days back you mentioned slight improvement, is the condition still improving or the same?

Hello Homeodr,
- i felt a slight improvement in both Sinus and mental condition although i feel tired and sleep all the time especially after aftenoon i feel going to sleep
- hair fall is still same. NO improvement but it does get worse on and off. sometimes i feel worsen symptoms and at other times same as i felt upon taking sepia (i.e. hair fall symptom developed)
- i felt a slight relief in heaviness in head and facial pain however since then no further improvement. I still feel feverish and heavy eye lids with watery eyes that i feel hard to keep open at times
Please advise whether to take bryonia or not.

Go ahead and try Bryonia. Just take a single dose and report back in 5-7 days

From yesterday, hair fall is worst ever
I am seeing extreme hair fall, losing so many hairs in bunch every time I comb
I need to do something about this as it's bothering me

You can take a cup of strong coffee for 2 days. It will reduce the effect of sepia.. Report back in 5days.

it's been 3-4 days since a single dose of Bryonia 200C has been taken.
My sinus is getting worse, may be due to a change in weather here as we are going in winter.
Around my eyes, especially under eyes, is very swollen coz of sinus
Hair fall has not improved at all.

A suggestion to homeodr.
He may need silecia 6c..twice a day..for 3 weeks..Single dose therapy won't work in cases like these.
Based on the response you may have to up the potency, for a shorter period of time.
Study silecia, sticta etc, which have this chronic sinus with no nasal discharge.

Byronia 200C single dose taken as advised 5 days ago now.
I don't feel much difference in terms of sinus symptoms. First couple of days my were swollen (specially under eye) so much. After that i still have swelling but not as bad as first 2 days
i feel a very tiny diff(improvement) in headache but feverish sensation is still same, cold and chill air/weather triggers same symptoms.
In terms of hair fall, no improvement at all.

Since taking Sepia dose I have developed a new symptom, severe hair fall, which is neither improving nor helping me in getting better
As you can understand, it doesn't take long for hair to thin than to grow thicker.
I have already lost 30% of my hair and is still thinning at the same rate
By the time the doctor may be able to cure my chronic sinus I would have lost most hair
I need you to help me cure my hair fall as well as this is stressing me out.
Please kindly help to cure hairfall immediately

Silicea should help in hairfall issue as well. You wont need another remedy for that..

Hello, Perhaps you need a higher dosage, or my suggestion is find an expert for your case and stay away from dust, furry thing and even pets.

There are things to consider in Chronic Sinus and some cause are Nasal Polyps- a growth of tissues can block the nasal passages or sinuses. Deviated nasal septum or respiratory tract infections.

My hairfall has improved although I haven't yet started taking Silicea as I have ordered it and will receive it today
There is about 30-40% improvement in hair fall though I will request to suggest a remedy to get my hair growth as I have lost half of my hair

A very slight improvement in sinus too.
Hard to say in percentage as sometimes I feel very minute improvement and other times not much because I still experience swollen face, eyes, facial pain, sensitivity to chill and cool air and weather etc
I am not sure this slight change in sinus is due to a single dose of bryonia or a delayed response from a previous remedy

Ok..since the improvement is very slight it seems neither sepia nor bryonia helped in sinus issue.
I expect more improvement in your hairfall problem in next few weeks. Just wait for few more weeks.
Silicea should also help in hairfall issue.

Hello homeodr,
I have taken Silicea 6C twice daily for 3 days now.
I do not see any improvement. Due to a change is weather (cold weather with chill winds) i am experiencing severe sinus headache (especially left side of head) spreading over my forehead, head and settling over my eyes with even slightest movement of head gives me worst headache and heaviness in head, puffiness around the eyes, facial pain and pressure.
Feeling feverish.
we are going in winter now so this weather will continue to get even cold, damp, chill winds etc.
Please advise as i have stopped taking Silicea after 3 days

As you have advised in your note " So here no one knows correct remedy to cure sinus completely....." i am unsure as to what happens from here on.
