White Tongue

Male, age 22
I suffer from a white coating on my tongue and bad breath
Details:
1. The white coating carries an offensive odor
2. The white coating only affects the tongue and no other part of the mouth
3. The coating is only located on the top of the tongue and not on the outside edges
4. It can be removed by scrubbing the area with salt and a toothbrush to reveal the pink flesh, but this lasts about a day
5. It is hard to notice if food weather sleep etc. affects this condition
6. Other possible contributing factors, It is generally hard to swallow, and my throat is often dry however my mouth is not dry.

Thanks! And let me know if you need more information to make a good judgment
