Your remedies are as follows:
Hamamelis 200c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily
Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after both lunch and dinner. You are advised not to drink more that a sip of water after dinner as this often promotes acidity.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in some countries.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle or a large teaspoonful of the remedy is sipped as directed.
Please report your response in a week.
It is understood that you will not use any other drug or Homeopathic remedy if you use the therapy I have prescribed.
You must exercise moderately to sweat it out and drink plenty of fluids preferably water to keep your body fully hydrated.
You will not take Alcohol, Chille hot food, preserved meats like sausages, ham and bacon which use Saltpeter as the preservative and red meats.

Should I continue wet doses for some more time ??

Have you followed the therapy I prescribed precisely ?
If you have used pellets instead of the remedy in Ethanol, this can be the reason.
Hamamelis 200c has helped many patients and if it does not help you in another week it can be presumed that this remedy is not for you.

I had added 3 drops of Hamamellis 200c and Arnica 30c dilutions in two bottles of half litre each and used to shake well before taking the medicines.
2. But, Dr, I have a very strong symptom and that is the feeling of comfort on application of external warmth on the piles. Does this symptom help, in any way, in selecting the right medicine ??
3. Also, I have been reading a lot about the properties of Arnica 30. Will it help if I continue to take this medicine alone for a considerable period ??

You have made the 2 remedies precisely as prescribed by me.
It is still too early to change the remedy. Use it for another week and we can then review it if necessary.
You can take Arnica 30 daily for the rest of your life quite safely but in about a month you can reduce it to just one dose taken before bed.
You may like to know that I have taken Arnica 30c in the wet dose nightly since 1996 and I am convinced that I owe to it my good health and fitness at age 81 with BP
