no cartilage in knees due to arthritis

my wife is 55 and she has swere pain in knee . doctor told her that there is no cartilage so you need to change the knees. is there any treatment in homeopathy to regenerate the cartilage . please answer.

day 1
three doses of Rhus Tox 200c at a gap of 4 hours

day 2 to day 7
2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
calc phos 6x
calc flour 6x
silicea 6x

day 8
three doses of Argentum Met 200c at a gap of 4 hours

day 9 to day 15
2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
calc phos 6x
calc flour 6x
silicea 6x

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
