You can use above combinations because all Sinus patients have so many other complications or you can just try Antimony Crudum first.

Well dont' make a cocktail but take one medicine in the morning and other in the evening. Pulsatilla is for runny nose with thinck green discharge, it works slowly and changes the color of discharge to yellow then white and slowly ends up. Antimony Crudum is for frontal Sinuses and headaches.

Smelling an alcohol based medicine has same effect as if you take it on your tongue. Alcohol make anything evaporates faster so actually you are taking low quantity of medicine so you are taking even higher potency. You can smell Pulsatilla if you want. On this site few persons keep coming back to us but never tell us about their problem. They keep asking us about potencies and about medicines. I don’t know if they are patients or philosophers. Most of people ask more about the potencies and details about how to take the medicine etc. etc. but not any detail about their problem. They just keep licking my head about useless things which they can already find on this or other sites.

Vacuum and pressure should be applied if the Eustachian tube is blocked. It helps to open the tube but if problems persist, there could be a cause behind it. As I discussed in this forum and in many other posts that main problem for ear itching and tinnitus is lack of wax. For some reason ear is not producing wax. Or there is a fungal/Viral or bacterial infection. Or there could be ear eczema or dermatitis. It is extremely difficult to treat a sinus patient by just reading to his symptoms.

It is my experience that if anytime a patient called me and I asked him about ear wax, patient always replied that the wax is present but whenever patient came to see me personally I found there was no wax or little wax.

Now I have made a standard practice to for all ear patients to prescribe graphites for long time and results have started coming, people are healing slowly but for sure. Graphites is indicated for dry skin conditions even in ear and also for ear eczema but it works slowly and results are in 4 months. I always told patients to use home made graphites because it is the only graphites I trust.
