GERD and nausea

Hello new to the forum here .. I've suffered from GERD on and off for years now. I'm currently having a flair up which is accompanied by nausea, usually in the first half of the day. It is sometimes quelled with food. I am currently under a lot of stress as I am the working mother of two small children and we are in the process of buying and selling our home (as well as moving). I take Tums almost daily. I do drink coffe. I usually eat well but have been 'stress' eating I'm sure. I do not like to take traditional medication if I can avoid it .. would like to treat homeopathically.
