eczema in my 9 month old
My 9 month old daughter has had eczema for the past 3 months. Her eczema starts off as dry patches and then gets red. She currently has it on her legs, arms and the back of her head (above the neck). Initially she had it only on her legs. Now it has spread to her arms.I have been using various moisturizing lotions to keep it under control. I would like to know if there is any medicine that can eliminate it. The doctors do not seem to have an answer as to what the cause is. They recommended that we use hydrocortizone and I want to avoid it.
There are days when her eczema gets worse but I just cannot figure out why. To rule out food she is currently only on oat cereal, banana and pears.
Please suggest a remedy that can help get rid of the dry red patches on her skin.
