Pollen Allergy - Tree pollen

Hi, I am male 35 yrs old.I am in US and i am new to homeopathic world. i have been getting these symptoms around Mid of April till May End every year for the past 2 yrs. I will have a very bad nasal congestion which some times turns to a running nose and red, itchy watery eyes.

Tried the allopathy medicine and then found out its because of the allergy i have with tree pollens. Took medicines but nothing seems to be working.

This year i am getting itchy/watery eyes from last week. may be its starting early this year.

So i wanted to try with Homeopathic remedies for this, and after going thro this site i found that i have to take ARS ALB 30C. I also checked with one of the homeopathic Doctor in my native,Initially she thought of giving me Euphrasia and Sulphur 200(not sure i am spelling it right) and when i told her abt ARS ALB 30C, she told me that i can go with that.
I am posting this just to confirm whether i can take ARS ALB 30C for the symptoms i have mentioned above or i should go for something else

Please help me

Forgot to mention that i also have Itchy throat.
Regarding Family history of allergies, my mom have dust allergy and she has Low BP.

all i can say is that i have used : Nux Vomica for the neezing and congestion and sabadilla officinaum for the itchyness in the throat. I have to say that sometimes it works very well and sometimes it doesnt work at all. So, i guess i am either missing another ingredient or i need to take a higher dose. I use the 30 dose.
