coffee & arnica

I have heard that drinking coffee while taking arnica basically deactives the arnica. My father is interested in trying arnica but he LOVES his coffee. Please advise.
Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Coffee doesn't antidote Arnica. But he should not take more than 2 cup coffee. Coffee acts as a stimulation to the vital force and the vital force ignores the stimulation offered by the remedy. Therefore one should avoid taking coffee or limit it's intake.

Coffee should be strictly avoided while taking those remedies that are antidoted by coffee like Nux Vom or that are inimical with coffee like Ignatia.
