[please help] genital warts cure???

This is in continuation of my previous topic. http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/217593/

I've genital warts. Most of them are on my pubic hair area and 4-5 on the base of my penis.

I've been taking Ant. Crud 200 & Thuja 30 for a month now but to no affect. I've also taken one dose of Carcinominum 200. The warts are still there.

Can someone please tell me if there is any homeopathic remedy which can help me get rid of warts or do I've to go to the doctor to burn them off which I don't want as its very painful. I got removed a few before but then started taking homeo-medicine in the hope that I'll get rid of them.

I've also recently bought 'Causticum Hahnemanni 200' on the recommendation of Mr.girilal (aka Mr.Praveen) who I was in touch with regarding the medication.

If Causticum can be of any help, can I start taking it.

Or please tell me something which will help me get rid of the warts.
