Mixed problemsAge 33, india, Chennai, staying alone, Unmarried, weight 73 kg, height 168 cms, fatty body with somewhat big belly and butts.
3/4 cigarettes a day.
Eager for tea, coffee, snacks. Cannot skip food even for 1 time. I get severe headache when food is missed and after eating heavily only headache goes, mostly i take saridon for this.
Cool drink intake is very rare.
Have back pain since 2 years and joint crackling noise and taking calc phos 6x, silicea 6x each 2 thrice a day & Rhustox once in 15 days. Travelling 30 kms in 2 wheeler daily, causing me back pain.
Profession : own IT business . Current problems : Dull business (almost nil business), no marriage, family tension. I am short tempered.
Limited friends circle with limited exchanges. (I dont usually discuss my problems with my friends)
1 : Medicines to control my appetite.
2. I have a habit of forgetting everything easily. I forget names, the ways, calculations etc.
3. Always i am under tension, but with a smiling face.

Thanks for your recommendations. I think i can start your medicines in 3/4 days.
Also please note that i rarely chew foods. I used to swallow after chewing (except non veg food) it mildly or just after tasting it. So chance for mixing food & saliva are rare. My mother also having same habit.
