Insulin resistance
Hi all,Is there any remedy that can help to reduce Insulin resistance or even completely stop it?
Any help would be great.

there is no one remedy for this - for homeopathic treatment you would need to give a lot more information about yourself and the lead-up to this problem as regards health, emotions et al....

I just read tonight that Alpha Lipoic Acid helps with high insulin levels as does chromium, CoQ , magnesium, 1 tsp of cinnamon a day and adequate fiber (30 grams a day). Probably wont cure it, but it does help control it. Check it out on the net.
Ideally weight loss is the best solution but if you have high insulin, like me, thats impossible because of the high insulin. Rather a Catch 22 situation.
So, first you need the supplements to help you lower insulin then you lose weight, then the insulin stays under control.
