Right side epididymitis..

I am having epididymitis on the right side testicle since last 7 months. Initially pain was very high and caused lot of discomfort. I was taking levaquin 500 for 3 weeks. Urine test and ultrasound confirmed that there were no infections found. Pain was very much reduced after 4 months but the swelling and node still persists and some occasional flareups are there. Even though the pain is not heavy but still it is annoying and causes discomfort. It causes disruption to my day to day life and not sure when I am going to get rid of this hell problem.

The reason how I would have got this epididymitis. I was having erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation problem. So I was taking some herbal pills and also I went for Intracavernous Pharmacotherapy (ICP)to maintain erection, just one time. Not sure whether the herbal pill or ICP caused this epididymitis. But the actual problem of ED/PE is not solved but I just got the new epididymitis problem.

I went thru this forum and decided to try homeopathy. So I ordered for Pulsatilla 30c and started taking it twice daily since last 2 days. So far I have not seen much result. I want to get rid of this epididymitis inflammation, pain and node(it could be spermatocele) in the right testicle asap.

Please guide me whether I am going in the right direction of taking medicine, if not please give me the exact doses I should take.
