Heavy bleeding during periods.....please advise

I am 41 yr old married woman having two daughters 15, 13 yrs old, both delivered through Caeserian section, also had one natural abortion during 3rd pregnancy. Since then I am having this problem off and on. But since 2-3 years it has become continuous especially since last March'09. The Ultrasound report showed cyst in left ovary. My parents are in good health and have no history of any disease. I often get headache, cramps in lower abdomen, leg pain etc during bleeding. spotting keeps happening during the off period as well.
Can someone advise please.

Please take Phosphorus 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please ask her to take Thalaspi Q 10 drops thrice a day
or 4 pellets of Thalaspi 3x or 6x thrice a day for few days and see whether it helps.
She may repeat Phos 200 in the earlier way after 2-3 days if thalaspi doesn't help.

Please try Trillium Pendulum Q or Millefolium Q if thlaspi Q is not available. It is not advisable to give a homeopathic remedy whose potency is not known.
