Heavy bleeding during periods
My wife got baby on her first cesarean 7 months ago. From now every month during her monthly periods she has very heavy bleeding and too much pain in stomach and lower back for 3-5 days. From this she gets such a weak condition that her hands and legs starts shivering. Blood color is sometimes red sometimes black....Age 24, slim, fair, indian, gets cough easily from cold.
Please help Dr. Kadwa, Mehz.,Nawaz or any other dr. please help

Please give her Kali Carb 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.
If in the meantime she gets her periods and she has severe bleeding give her 15 drops of Asoca Q thrice a day.

Very very thanks Dr. Kadwa for reply. I will give the medicine as you have suggested. Recently she has gone through her periods so periods will not be in meantime of 15 days. So i want to ask whether i should buy AsocaQ in advance for next month or not, i.e. can we give this AsocaQ every month if shee has severe bleeding.
Secondly, she is taking Five Phos 6x for weakness and health recovery. Please suggest some other better medicine for weakness and health recovery,because too much blood has gone away so skin color gets fade also.

Asoka Q may be started 5 days before periods and it may be continued for 5 days after periods. It should act as a tonic also.

Please also suggest some medicine for his weakness recovery, She is feeling sick, fat on body is increasing and having heavy gastric problem, and As cold season has started here in India so she also permanently has headache, cold and pain in body bones also.
As its her first cold season after delivery so some people are saying that its due to she get exposed to some air after delivery, it will continue till second baby delivery.
She is currently taking Dr.VcNally Alfamalt Forte + Five Phos6x but not getting too much benefits.
Please suggest some medicines sir...!!

Please give her Rhus Tox 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 7-10 days.

If Rhus Tox 200 doesn't help give her Calc Phos 200 in the same way. These remedies should help her overall including her cold and chilliness.

Dr.Kadwa, I have given Kali carb 200 as you told. Also RhusTox and Calc Phos 200 in the same way as you told. But no relief in back pain.
I have also made test in lab. The report shows lack of calcium, heamoglobin and blood. I think it is due to heavy bleeding of periods every month. and the main problem shown in report is high level of URIC ACID Is the back pain is due to high uric acid level?
I will post all the reports here but first immediate problem is that-
This month i have started AsokaQ 5 days before periods. Now periods are going on but same painful, too much pain. This month in first two days of periods the blood is coming dark red blackish and also clot type pieces of size 1" are also there. Some sticky red blackish blood is also coming. But on the third day of period now only small spots are coming, no bleeding is there and too much pain in stomach. Is it normal?
Should we stop AsokaQ or to be continued. It is 3rd day of periods.

Lycopodium and Staphysagria are deep acting remedies and they should affect patient at many levels. 30 potency may be given instead of 200. These remedies don't have any drastic side effects. Still one can stop the remedy if that causes any fear.
