Flatulance
Dear sir,My 2nd son is 31 yrs old and residing in USA .He is suffering from flatulance and bad breath since childhood .He is 5 feet 5 inches tall,70 kg in weight and have wheatish complexion .
He is a Computer Engineer and have 9am to 6 pm job .Though he goes to jim regularly,but even then have above ailments .
In addition to above he suffers seasonal i,e in every change of season cold and cough and the mucus falls on his yrs . It has become worse from the last four yrs .At present he is free from this ailment .He is addicted to non-veg and takes alcohol very rarely .He is friendly and soft spoken .
During Bonn voyage his years become deaf .
Please suggest some remedy ,i shall be highly thankful to you . With regards,

Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 10
2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
kali mur 6x
natrum sulph 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

As advised i am administering Kali mure and nat sulph ,but there is slight improvement ,lot of gas discharges early in the morning and night with rumbling along with mild dry coughing/hawking without any mucus .Should i cotninue with the remedy . Please ask him to take Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects him in the next 7 days.

I have administered nux 200c There is a lot of improvement in flatulance ,but there is no improvement in fetid breath , dry cough/hacking( in the morning ).
Is there any remedy for the cough . It exixst throughout the year .
