spider veins on nose please help
Dear Doctors,I am a 20 year old female. I have a serious cosmetic issue which I really need help with. I have normal skin which leans more towards the sensitive side. Its neither very oil nor very dry. I do not use any creams or lotions on my skin, just a basic cleanser to wash my face every night. However, recently, both sides of my nose have been plagued by these small, red-colored spider veins which look absolutely terrible. These small spider-web-like veins appear at the nostril and cheek junction...also it seems like when these veins appear, the sides of my nose VERY slightly inflate (so my nose seems larger!) I cannot find an apparent cause for their sudden appearance. I am in very good health (God bless)... I am not overweight, suffering from any illness and I have never used any cosmetic junk on my face.
Can somebody please help me? I will be immensely thankful. They are making me terribly upset..
