Dear madam,

Premature greying of hair may be due to various causes such as a poor diet,mental/emotional stress, chemical irritants(in hair dyes), heredity etc.

*Take a diet rich in nutrients such as
Carotenes,Essential fatty acids,Vitamins B(especially Biotin),C & E,Iron,Silica,Zinc.
*Drink adequate water.
*Avoid junk food.
*Take mild exercise such as walking.
*Use a mild herbal shampoo for washing the hair.
*Avoid using electric hair dryer and hair dyes.

You can apply JABORANDI hair oil.

Last but not least, an individualized homeopathic treatment may be helpful for this problem.

Wish you wellness!
