psychiatric problem of obsessive compulsive disorder

I am 26 yr male suffering frm OCD(obsessive compulsive disorder) a psychiatric problem frm past5 yrs.i am looking for its cure in homeopathy and had tried a lot of medicines like ignia amara,phosphorus,aurum metilica and nux vom and have seen a lot of Dr's(homeopaths) in my city in india but havent yet find the right homeopathic medicine which can cure me.the symptoms of my problem r-obsessions like seeing some thing unlucky happening on some thougths coming up in mind,continous repition of thougths in mind,checking clock again and again,inncresing decreasing volume of tv and music syystem again and again for no of times,chronic depression,disgust of life,sees mysellf as a failure,feel like living in hell,feel very irrtated and depresses when somebody spits while looking at my face,fear of losing near and dear ones and new scary thougth of myself meeting some unnatural death.I feel like again returning to psychiatrist if the problem persists but i know thats not the permanent cure(anti depressants alopathic) as i started on 1 tab and now cant fell better even with 3 tabs along with other side efects,the tabs are very costly and fear if i take alopathic anti depresants i may be seeing shock therapy after 8 -10 years thats why i want to go for homeopathy.so can any doctor recommand the right medicine for curing my above mentined condition of OCD.my email is- dinoapal

it is possible and safe to use homeopathy to help your condition without a doctor prescribing to you.

However, before you try that, try living your life in your senses, rather than in your mind. As hard as it may seem, your best remedy is to learn how not to think, how to let your mind be free.

Your best bet is to learn to meditate, or take up something that requires mental discipline, and gives you a focus on the real physial world rather than the life of thought. I would recomend yoga.
